“The Sportsfield Bar” is located in the heart of Boherbee in Tralee. Established by the Vale Family in 1828 (the year Daniel O’Connell pushed through The Catholic Emancipation Bill in The House of Commons in Westminster, London) it is one of the oldest and most historic public houses in the town. For the past 40 years For the past 40 years it is in the proprietorship of the Roche Family. During those four decades it has hosted many memorable events.
